Completing a Motivational Map® with us

In order to help you understand what motivates you we use the incredible Motivational Maps® tool which was developed by James Sale in 2006. James Sale invented Motivational Maps® to ‘make the invisible visible’ and shine a light on what truly makes us tick as individuals. It is our profound belief here at Coaching and Motivation Limited that his Motivational Maps® tool genuinely achieves this incredible goal. Indeed, Jonny actually credits starting Coaching and Motivation Limited to the unbelievable insights he gained into his own motivational profile after completing a Motivational Map®! 

After discovering Motivational Maps® Jonny quit his job as a teacher, launched this business with his wife Emily and immersed himself in every possible aspect of Motivational Maps® and motivation and personal development more generally. Jonny is now a Motivational Maps® practitioner who specialises in analysing the motivational profile that is generated from the answers you provide when completing your Motivational Map® to give you a comprehensive debrief after you have completed your map. This debrief, and any subsequent coaching sessions you want to book with us, will help you understand what you truly value at this point in your life and how you can use this knowledge to create, and then actually achieve, goals which are genuinely and deeply aligned to the person you want to be and become.
